Lydia's Literary Lowdown Welcomes Author Cara Lopez Lee!

I've been shouting the lovely Cara Lopez Lee out on Twitter as a #winsomewriter for ages before I (finally) decided the time had come to invite this wonderful author of They Only Eat Their Husbands on the Lowdown! I can't wait to chat with her about her ghostwriting, editing, and journalistic adventures, too!

Cara Lopez Lee is the author of the memoir "They Only Eat Their Husbands" and coauthor of the novel "Back in the Real World." Cara has written, edited, or ghostwritten more than a dozen books. She coaches writers of all ages and abilities, and leads youth workshops for Denver's Lighthouse Writers Workshop. Her stories have appeared in The Los Angeles Times, Denver Post, Santa Fe New Mexican, Connotation Press, and Wazee Journal. She was a TV journalist in Alaska and North Carolina, and a writer/producer for HGTV, Food Network, and Discovery Health. Cara and her husband live in Denver.
