The Dr. Maxine Bryant Show - Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

with guests Dr. Denise Hayes and Mr. Michael Steptoe.

The topic for this day as we honor Dr. Martin L. King is 'Change'. King was a proponent of change - in how government is run and in our own personal perspectives. Dr. Hayes and I will explore why people fear change and ways to develop a healthy mindset in order to embrace change instead of viewing it as a groove stealer. Michael and I will discuss changes that need to occur both within the criminal justice system and attitudinal changes needed about released prisoners within communities they return to. Additionally, he and I will examine the need for released prisoners to change their mindset in order for them to experience successful reintegration.
