This company accused Marcie of drugging her dad, charged over $260K for 7 months for sub-standard care with unskilled caregivers. Barb sustained 3 falls which resulted in staples, sutures and a broken hip. Their family got Guardianship & Conservatorship back and pursuing legal action & have an evidentiary hearing on 1/10/ 2020. They are disputing 100% of these charges. The Attorney General’s office has filed a Petition for Intervention siting all charges as voidable.
