Jolene Michelle Reed and Debra Carroll have federal civil claims against the same doctor ten years apart, Case #10-cv-01295 in 2010, and  Case #19-cv-02132, in 2020.  Both women were detained in by Sheriff's deputies without probable cause or reasonable suspicion and transported to emergency room psychiatric departments under armed guard to Adventist Hospitals.

We will be talking about "futility" where the burden is on the Plaintiff to prove the facts about the Defendant's conduct even though the evidence is withheld under a stay of discovery.  Since the evidence is withheld, the Plaintiff is hindered in providing "a set of facts" upon which remedy can be provided.  Therefore, the Defendant doctor and his hospital are able to withhold evidence of videotaped surveillance of the doctor's conduct and original audiotapes of his interaction with the Plaintiff/patient. https://www.blogtalkradio.com/hiddentruthrevealed/2020/05/08/the-fourth-branch-no-set-of-facts
