Pennsylvania vs. Terrell Scott, an innocent mentally ill black man

According to Holly, prison investors in government have arranged the following:

1) Apparently, Scott's former attorney, Glennis L. Clark, Esq., removed all of the documents regarding Terrell Scott being a mental patient from his court file. Clark happens to be a black attorney who worked against Scott like his first attorney, Phil Lauer, Esq. Both were paid by Scott's family.

2) Scott will be transferred to another prison for an evaluation to determine what kind of sex offender he is (Scott never did any sex offense. He was false accused and kept imprisoned 4.5 years while trial was denied).

3) Holly Alston was issued a court order to pay over $700 because she asked for court transcripts as a pauper. The judge denied her use of pauper's status, although she is a disabled woman who only works part time, and issued a court order that she must pay for the transcripts she never received.

Pennsylvania seems not to understand why Holly Alston does not simply GIVE the State her innocent, disabled son, Terrell Scott, without a fight.
