Co-Host Toby Miller will join Jimmy Lee Underground Radio Network to discuss Black Fraternities and how Iota Phi Theta Fraternity who has taken a stand and is piloting some new approaches through the Alpha Alpha Omega Indianapolis Alumni Chapter, which has established a new model for doing this work as a new Rites of Passage Process for prospective membership . .  The current process being advanced by this chapter is and "above ground intake class" which intentionally focuses our efforts on bringing the informed black man back into Vanguard for our community. 

We no longer think it is acceptable for fraternities and sororities, our nation's "Talented Tenth," to persist without challenging them to be the Vanguard organizations they can be.  We want to challenge and invite our community institutions to evaluate our relevance in the thought and servant leadership of our communities.
