Defamation of character is against the law and yet it runs rampant in the church.  James 4:11 says, "Speak not evil one of another brethren he that speaks evil of his brother and judges his brother speaks evil of the law and judges the law, but if you judge the law you are not a doer of the law but judge". Part two of agents of reconciliation is watching how we speak of each other in the Kingdom.
