Welcome to a special Arent Fox podcast interview.  In the wake of the recent Presidential election, there are many unanswered questions about the future of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) – otherwise known as Obamacare.

Today, we are speaking Lanhee Chen, who a policy expert who has advised many major Republican candidates on healthcare issues. He is also a counsel in the Health Care group of Arent Fox, a Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution, and a regular commentator on CNN.

Lanhee is joined by Sonja Nesbit, who is the Senior Government Relations Director at Arent Fox.  Sonja is a former Obama Administration appointee who served in the US Department of Health and Human Services, and has worked for the Ways and Means Committee for over a decade.
