Join pediatric speech -language pathologist Laura Mize from teachmetotalk.com as she discusses assessment and treatment strategies for preintentional communicators with Dr. Cynthia Cress from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Preintentional communicators are children in the 2 to 9 month developmental range for communication skills. Although these children are not using words yet, we'll talk about what these kids CAN do and how build on those skills during therapy sessions.
