On the February 22, 2020 episode of Liberal Dan Radio:
The Supreme Court had several interesting rulings this week. They ruled that a person must be convicted by a 12 person jury in order to be locked up (or punished for a serious offense). I will go into the details about the ruling, including how the parties voted (which may very well surprise you). Another ruling had two Conservative justices bickering in the ruling text. Supremely High Drama. I will also be discussing the continued reactions to the Covid19 pandemic and how this Administration and several state governors are putting lives ahead of businesses. The #LiberateAmerica and #OpenAmericaNow people will also be discussed.
