States can't enforce border/immigration policy/laws

On the March 20th, 2024 episode of Liberal Dan Radio, the Supreme Court has allowed Texas to continue enforcing it's new border policy law while it makes its way through the courts. This is extremely stupid and unconstitutional. We will discuss.
