The purpose of OTBC is to promote healing and recovery for the underrepresented and marginalized communities with current or historic trauma by providing education through supportive services, such as soft skill development, career exploration development, historical overview and environmental education, by providing options for collaboration and empowerment, therefore improving the quality of life in targeted communities.
