Genesis 17:1-7 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. :2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. :3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, :4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. :5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. :6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. :7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.

Isaac

Gen_17:19 And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.

Jacob

Genesis 28:1-4 And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan. :2 Arise, go to Padan-aram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother's father; and take thee a wife from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother's brother. :3 And God Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest be a multitude of people; :4 And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham.
