Life through the eyes of God is the only sight worth seeing- An excerpt from the book Declare Something Today. Written by Stephen D. Kee. Join me today as I honor the legacy of my brother, Stephen D. Kee. Today, I will play some of his music. Read excerpts from his books and perhaps share a few words of encouragement. Stephen transitioned from this life on November 9, 2020, in Tampa, FL.  He was born on April 21, 1957. Stephen was a gifted actor, musician, poet, author, and motivational speaker. Born in Jersey City, NJ. Attended E. C. Glass High School in Lynchburg, VA, Served in the Armed Forces, and eventually moved to Atlanta, GA, where he cultivated a life dedicated to fulfilling his passions. There, forty years ago, he met and then married his beloved wife, Stacy. With Stacy by his side, he spent many years in the music and entertainment industry, working and sharing stages with notables such as Ramsey Lewis, Nell Carter, Kim Waters, Edwin Hawkins, and many others. He conducted empowerment seminars for many civic and social organizations, such as the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), the NAACP, and the Urban League, and corporations, such as AT&T, Bellsouth, Georgia Power, and Weyerhauser. He also co-hosted a financial empowerment radio show in Atlanta on WYZE called Financial Fridays. Stephen was a man who used the seasons of his life’s experiences to impact others.
