A special pre-debate Progressive News Network EXTRA! with Brook Hines. First hour I'll review the state of play for tonight's debate. As Elizabeth Warren sees bumps in polling, her campaign also seems to be spinning out of control due to a series of consultant-driven missteps, while surrogate-spokesperson Ashlee Preston gives a non-apology for racist, homophobic and downright disgusting tweets. 

Joe Biden's fundraising tanks while he implores us to focus on Donald Trump as Hunter Biden "admits poor judgement" in his Ukraine and China dealings. 

Tulsi Gabbard threatened to boycott this debate but reversed course. What happened there? What's up with Kamala Harris' polling decline? Is Amy Klobuchar going to run away with the whole thing as predicted by Nate Silver? We'll explore all these questions and more in the first hour. 

In the second hour, at 7pm we have Victor Tiffany, the author of "Bernie or Bust: Pioneers of Electoral Revolt" which was featured in Newsweek Magazine on October 11. Says Tiffany, "Only Bernie has the coalition to defeat Trump unless there's a recession. Then, Mickey Mouse could defeat Trump."
