PNN w/Jeanine Molloff - Project 2025's Mike Davis' threats to jail dissenters.

    This week, I will present another segment on the GOP blueprint to end democracy aka Project 2025, sponsored by the Heritage Foundation. Our big story features a republican attorney operative named Mike Davis. Davis has been on the airwaves threatening to jail, denaturalize and deport anyone who dares criticize Donald Trump, during a second Trump administration. Apparently, Davis' name has been pushed as the lead candidate for Attorney General during that second Trump term. Among Davis' asinine statements is a threat to throw noted journalist Mehdi Hasan into a gulag, after which he would be denaturalized and deported. Mehdi Hasan's alleged crime? Journalism. Hasan has reported on Mike Davis' many bigoted rants. 

Our second story is about Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey--and his similar audition to Trump as Bailey responds to an online request from Elon Musk. Musk is sueing Media Matters--again for journalism--about neo Nazi postings by Jack Posobiec. Posobiec has a long paper trail tying him to neo Nazi groups. Posobiec sent out a post inviting state level attorney generals to join the fight against Media Matters. Bailey responded by claiming his ..."team is looking into this matter." (St. Louis Post Dispatch). I left messages with Bailey's office but they have not responded. This is our second story.
