Goal setting is not just for us adults, but as equally important for our children.

As a parent, guardian, decision maker, we need to continue to set role models to our children during this trying time while we confined at home.

We know that we can't change what's happening out there in the world, but we can certainly take control our direct environment, and ourselves. We have our children with us at home, doing their new school requirements through online schooling.
