In the second hour we will hear an address by Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the former president of the First Republic of Ghana, founder of the Convention People's Party (CPP) and the creator of modern Africa on the role of African liberation fighters. In the third hour we will hear the first installment of the historic Massey Lectures delivered by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. during November-December 1967. Finally we will hear an address by Ms. Ella Baker, the ideological founder of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC), delivered in 1968 in New York City at a gathering of the Southern Conference Education Fund (SCEF).
