In the second and third hours we continue our tribute to the life, times, ideas and contributions of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah of Africa. Nkrumah was the founder of the Convention People's Party which led the independence movement of the modern-state of Ghana with him as president. We look at his tenure in office from 1951-1966, and the co-presidency of Guinea-Conakry from 1966-72. Finally we review the trip of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to Ghana for independence celebrations in March 1957.
