Listen to the Sun. May 27, 2018 special edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the recent developments in the Southern African state of Zimbabwe where current President Emmerson Mnangagwa has announced a reconciliation process inside the ruling ZANU-PF party; the government in the East African state of Kenya has encouraged African Union member-states to work toward the building of infrastructure in their respective territories; China has declared that it will continue its partnership with African nations; and a vaccine targeting the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) is being tested in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in the aftermath of the reporting of several new cases of the dreaded ailment. In the second and third hours we extend our monthlong commemoration of Africa Liberation Day, the 55th anniversary of the formation of the OAU, later becoming the AU. In these segments we look at the contributions of Kwame Nkrumah, Samora Machel and Malcolm X.
