The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the recent announcement by the People's Republic of China saying they will forgive debts owed by the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville; Somalia has been hit violence since Thurs, involving the Al-Shabaab group and the national security forces in the capital of Mogadishu; Algerians have taken to the streets in protest against the candidacy of incumbent President Abdelaziz Bouteflika; and Venezuela is continuing battle attempts by the United States to overthrow its elected government led by President Nicolas Maduro. In the second hour we rebroadcast a major address delivered by the president of Venezuela in Sept. at the United Nations General Assembly 73rd Ordinary Session held in New York City.
