Listen to the Sat. Nov. 23, 2019 edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the United States plans to disrupt affairs in Zimbabwe beginning in December; the South African Communist Party has issued a series of statements on the current situation inside the country and internationally; the Bolivian people are continuing to protest against the Washington-backed coup which overthrew the democratically-elected President Evo Morales who is in exile now in Mexico; and Cuba has praised its healthcare workers which have returned to the country in response to events in Bolivia and Ecuador. In the second hour we look in-depth at the situation in Bolivia through two addresses delivered by President Evo Morales at the United Nations General Assembly during 2018-19. The final hour looks back on the 56th anniversary of the conspiracy surrounding the assassination of former U.S. President John F. Kennedy. We rebroadcast a 1967 archival interview with researcher Sylvia Meagher who wrote extensively on the assassination debunking the official account put forward by the U.S. government.
