In the second and third hours we continue our coverage of the efforts by the international community to halt the spread of COVID-19. We rebroadcast the most recent briefing by World Health Organization (WHO) Director General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in Geneva. Finally, we focus on efforts by the Republic of South Africa in moving towards level 3 in the pandemic shutdown.
