Listen to the Sat. Dec. 19, 2020 edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches related to recent clashes on the borders between Ethiopia and Sudan; the African Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has called for the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine at a discounted rate for the continent; Malian soldiers are seizing more power for the military during the transition process; and there has been another bomb attack in the Horn of Africa state of Somalia. In the second hour we examine a number of contemporary issues impacting Africa and world including recent events in Nigeria and efforts to mitigate the pandemic around the globe.
