Loss of the HLA locus impairs presentation of tumor antigens and is frequently found in advanced cancers. This talk presented by Dr Lee Albacker, Foundation Medicine and first recorded at the 2020 IO360° Summit, will describe the landscape of HLA loss and other response biomarkers in a dataset of 90,000 solid tumor samples and highlight the effect of HLA loss on checkpoint inhibitor response.
