The Bible Speaks: Black History As Told By the Prophets (Part 2)- Slavery

There is only one group of people in the entire world who, as a nation of people, have been removed out of their country and sold as slaves in every part of the world. In all the countries that they are found, they are under the same conditions. They are the only ones who receive the worst of disease and sickness, violence, hate crimes and death. Their businesses fail. When working for others, they are treated unfairly. They are also the majority in poverty and in prison. However, these people are a "peculiar treasure". Once they begin to recognize who they are, and that the Lord placed these conditions on them, he will remind them again what they need to do to be set free from this captivity. The Bible Speaks is a Bible Study show where listeners are free to ask questions and get answers according to the written word of God (Genesis to Revelation). The 1st hour will be the lesson and the remaining time will be for questions and answers. However, feel free to respond or send in questions during the lesson.
