The Battle Of The Flesh

Living the Christian life can be challenging at times. One will go through those moments where the flesh will wage war against ones spirit. At such time one will find themself struggling with sinful desires. This can also happen to the mature Christian. The struggle is real. 

It has been written like that of Paul, we battle between the flesh and the spirit. However what is one to do? How can one win against the flesh? At times we often want to gratify the flesh.
