Lets talk about discernment.  Discernment is the ability to see and understand people, things, or stituations clearly.  With all the energetic shifts and changes we are all going through discernment is key to moving forward and key to empowering ourselves.  

It seems that so many people are simply looking to belong, or to be acknowledged, or to be accepted.  Self-Help is a billion dollar industry.   

Many people become addicted to taking the next class, jump on the latest modality bandwagon,is that really helpful?  Depends on your perspective.
