"TheYearOfMyLifeVR.com is a Continuum book series. When the book ends, the story doesn't. In between their adventures in virtual reality, The Writer and Victoria live and interact in the actual world. They have nothing in common, but they may be civilization's only hope as they set out to save the human species from extinction. Get to know them in real time as the story continues and fiction becomes reality!  There is one last thing that makes this book so real. The main character is an actual person caught up in a fictional adventure. The prologue, his world view, and The Writer's Reality blog (both in the book and on the Continuum website), is taken from his actual life. I know this for a fact because I am The Writer."

"I graduated from the University of Arizona, took my journalism degree, and moved to Los Angeles. I started writing feature articles and a column for a monthly magazine called Gambling Times. After several years, I moved on to celebrity cover and feature articles for various magazines and United Press International. Finally, I settled into writing fiction and nonfiction books.
