Volume 1: Progress Report on the Generational Study

The host spends time this week reflecting on the progress of his study on the influences generational differences are having on the organizational and leadership functions of a Detroit area church.  Included will be extended discussion about what led to selecting the topic and the methodology and also some key challenges and bright spots ahead in both the research and in the politics of dissertation writing.
