MARK "OZ" GEIST a member of the Annex Security Team that fought the Battle of Benghazi on September 11th &12th, 2012 where he was seriously injured. Private citizens are hired by the military for their skills AND because it's much cheaper than deploying more military personnel. They're called private security/military contractors.

* There are 2.9 contractors for every soldier & since 2001, over 5,000 of them have died

* Oz was a private security contract while in Benghazi AND as soon as he stepped over the Libyan country border on Sept 12th...on his way to a U.S. base to be treated for injuries sustained by the battle...they ENDED his contract & immediately stopped his paychecks.
