Daniel Penny has finally been charged with a crime after pressure from Black New Yorkers and the New Black Media, Alvin Bragg District Attorney of New York City has charged him with 2nd degree Manslaughter! Daniel Penny has set up a legal defense fund which has raised over $1.4 million dollars and counting and the White owned media is praising him as a hero!
