Today, we have the honor of welcoming back our Guest, Jeffrey Deskovic, an individual, who was sentenced to prison, as a juvenile, for a crime, he did not commit, and seventeen years later, exonerated.  Following his long overdue release, Jeffrey Deskovic, went onto College. He earned his degree in Criminal Justice and eventually became a successful lawyer, for wrongfully convicted individuals in the State of New York, although he did not stop there. He is also Founder of The Jeffrey Deskovic Foundation for Justice, which has freed 11 people. Jeffrey additionally is an advisory board member of the national coalition group It Could Happen To You, which has helped pass 6 additional laws;  and he  serves on the Global Advisory Council for Restorative Justice International. So, Let's welcome our Special Guest,  Jeffrey Deskovic.
