Mainly in areas of Rehabilitation, including alternatives to the current Psychological and Medical Treatment. The U.S. is the ONLY COUNTRY in the World, with mass Incarceration and it needs to end. Individuals with Mental Health issues need Long-Term Residential Treatment Facilities, not Prisons. In addition, Ms. Jacobs, will be Talk more on Deeper Justice, Causes behind crime, and not Crime itself.
