Ray Fox a Military veteran later incarcerated for 37 years was released 9 years ago and is in his second year of college, in addition to working with Toast Masters and discussing his experiences and knowledge of the penal system. Ray is also a  Public Speaker willing to speak on these issues wherever he is requested.
