Blogger Jessica Gardner had a rocky relationship with her grandmother but, after she passed, Jessica saw her grandmother in a way she had never seen her before. A few years later, after her other grandmother passed, she received a special gift directly to her doorstep.
Also, on this World Mental Health Day, Jessica shares her experience volunteering with NAMI where she teaches a 12-week-program that is free to family members and friends of adults with mental illness.
