Recovery, Restoration, Development Plan for U.S. Afro-Descendants

This show discusses violations of U.S. African  Descendants communal property rights in metro politician areas such as Detroit, Chicago, New York, Louisville, and Atlanta, etc. U.S. African Descendants can rely on protections in Article 23 of the American Convention which states:

1.Everyone has the right to use and enjoyment of his property. The law may subordinate such use and enjoyment in the interest of society.
2. No one shall be deprived of his or her property except upon payment of just compensation for reasons of public utility or social interest, and in the cases and according to the forms established by law. 
3.Usury and any other forms of exploitation of man by man shall be prohibited by law. It is high time we Unify and establish our collective property rights.
