WHO ARE THE TRUE NATIVE AMERICANS?

It's Native American History Month and we're asking the question who do we believe are the true Native Americans? With all the new scientific DNA discoveries we can know the truth to this question but does it really matter?  How do we solve the many conflicts and divisions with the answer to this question?  Is it relevant or important in today's diverse America to know the Native who first landing in North and South America thousands of years ago?  And if so Why.
