On July 4th, Americans celebrate Independence Day, the anniversary of the day our nation declared independence from the tyranny of British rule. Since that time, thousands of men and women have put their life on the line to protect, defend, and maintain the freedom we obtained that day. The holiday brings with it parades, picnics, barbecues, ball games, family gatherings, fireworks, and much more.
In the midst of the fanfare and fun are those who struggle every day with the residual effects of the price they paid to serve our country and preserve the rights of every American citizen. PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) is a condition that tears at the soul of the sufferer and rips families apart with its ruthless descent to destruction.
PTSD Peacemaker John Tindall, who defines the acronym differently, has created a program that sets PTSD victims and their families on a journey back to healing and wholeness. John will share some of the ramifications of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, the mission and vision of his program, and an overview of how it can redefine the life purpose of those affected.
