Robert L. Weber, Ph.D., the co-author of the new book The Spirituality of Age: A Seeker's Guide to Growing Older, addresses ways to embrace the shadow side of aging, while opening up to spiritual growth. Co-authored with Carol Orsborn, Ph.D., The Spirituality of Age insightfully explores meaningful personal reflections and 25 key questions, revealing that true growth arises through directly engaging with the fears and challenges aging brings our way. When we open up to the possibilities of feeling energized as we age, we can expand more freely into our authentic selves and discover the spiritual opportunities of growing older.
Robert (Bob) is a former Jesuit and an assistant professor of psychology, part-time, at Harvard Medical School. He also serves as a faculty member of Massachusetts General Hospital's Department of Psychiatry. Bob has earned many honors and has held several prominent leadership roles throughout his academic and professional career. He has a private psychological practice in Cambridge, MA.
