Why H & R Block has gone downhill, Paris cartoon killings, Muslim perspective

Jon & Jane's middle of the night soothing hour.  Wrapping up family business.  What family members are significant?  Why HR Block sucks so bad and has gone downhill.  We had a prank caller on the show tonight who also called in later under some sort of web phone.  He only got two chances to make his irrational statement.  Anyways, we also covered the Paris killings for 15 minutes and the impact of tasteless yellow journalists who had some warning they were being targeted.
