I am the ghost of Fidel Castro plus McDonalds unfair psych test

McDonalds have some stores that are not part of the corporate chain but are privately owned.  One of the stores in Northern Minnesota whom I won't name has a terrible personality test in which there are 80 questions in which a potential applicant much choose between questions like....."If someone leaves a mess would you have someone else pick it up" vs.  "are you a team player if you help in the fry cook area while someone needs help at the counter?"  or "are you good at being sensitive to co worker's issues?" vs. efficiency questions.  We will take the course live on the radio and you will get the drift.   Also, its my brother's birthday who has been estranged from the family for years, basically since our mother's death in 1998.  

The second half of the show we will discuss political vitreal in which I saw a bumper sticker on the road today in duluth that said:  "Obama likes America like O.J. loved Nicole"  We are angry about this.  Later in the show, we go IN DEPTH on history and current changes in Cuba....
