We are debtors to China by 1 trillion.

Globalism is in full force.  Donald Trump can't pull the rug solely on intra organizations that help keep international bodies collaborating.

Going back to nationalism will be tricky in the modern age.  Jane discusses Joseph Nye's neoliberalism- how the world order structure is still primarily examined thru the nation state originally but with the theory of complex interdependence, NGOs, multinationals & other cohorts have influenced layers of power brokering beyond the nation-state.

A liberal watchdog group says it plans to file a lawsuit against President Trump in federal court on Monday alleging that he is in violation of a little-known constitutional provision that bars him from taking gifts or payments from foreign governments.

The group, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, said that because Trump-owned buildings take in rent, room rentals and other payments from foreign governments, the president has breached the Emoluments Clause.
