About JD: JD Slajchert is an American novelist, speaker, and philanthropist. The former University of California, Santa Barbara basketball star debuts his second novel, “Darling, You’re Not Alone” in the fall of 2022. Slajchert’s journey to published author began innocently as a letter exchange with a friend, which eventually became the backbone to his debut novel, “MoonFlower” in 2018.
