New Developments on the Currency Exchange

This RV process has clearly been a scenario of three steps forward and two steps back.  But the new issues arising in the last five days appear to be some of the best solid information that has developed in some time.  Once again all of the blog reports appear to be on the same page saying the RV has taken place within Iraq  They are saying in country rates are at $3.44 rising to $3.87.  The best ones are saying when it hits the the rate the 800 numbers will be released.
