About Jeff
Jeff Bond grew up in Aledo, Texas, just west of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. A Texas Tech University alum, Jeff started his career as a high school teacher, spending six and a half years in the Arlington ISD. After stepping out of the classroom, he worked in commercial recycling and the medical device industry before taking on the role of General Manager at a small mechanical contracting company in Weatherford. In 2018, Jeff and a business partner decided to buy the company, completing the purchase by the end of 2019, and rebranding it as AC Works 365. Now as Director of Sales, Jeff helps homeowners understand the ins and outs of system replacements, indoor air quality, and the value of preventative maintenance. Outside of work, he’s been married to his wife Stacey for 19 years, and they have two kids—16-year-old Hollis and 13-year-old Greyson. In his free time, you’ll find Jeff with his family, traveling, or watching college football. Tune in for more. POW!
