Learner pleads 5th . . . Cummings pleads Stupidity!

What the hell was this man talking about?  She pleaded the 5th.  She wasn't going to speak to anybody.  The hearing is OVER!.  

And don't give me that nonsense he wanted to ask the lawyers to tell the committee:  "What she would have said IF she would have testified" . . .  Are you NUTS?  No lawyer would ever do that!  Its stupid to just bring it up.  Unless . . . Maybe Mr. Cummings was trying to create an issue and an argument out of no where so the heat would get put back on the Republicans.  (Where it belongs in his mind)   Mr. Cummings, you are pathetic sir.  Absolutely pathetic!
