How is it, or better yet, WHY is it that illgal aliens, with violent criminal records are set free and 9 year old girls are arrested for school-yard style tiffs?
We must do a better job at identifiying the real criminals in this country. The ones who are locking us up seem to me to be the biggest criminals.
