The President Has A Strategy To Defeat ISIS . . . Another Speech

Can someone on the President's staff please remind this nit-wit that "SPEECHES" can not defeat our enemies.  It takes the strength of our military and the hearts and minds of the citizens.  Its a team efort all the way.  

ISIS is indeed a threat to our Homeland.  You can't be that obtuse not to regognize that, but yet here we are, being told AGAIN they are no threat.  The JV team has had a lot of practice over the past few months.  They're ready to play.  Its only a question of "Do WE want to play?"
