Is The President's Big "Non-War" Plan Destined For Failure?

How we can succeed with out a Military, without a coalition and the people we want to arm, are our enemy?   Who are we fighting?  I know who the President is fighting. And that's Assad.  He want's him out at any cost. Assad is Obams's Saddam Husein.  He'll topple that regime and ISIS will just grow that much bigger.  

When will we ever learn?

Time to pull completely out of the Middle East and use our own resourses.  We don't need them.
